We provide you with the tracking number for your parcel via email, together with the confirmation of your order.

You will usually receive your items within 2-5 working days.

GUARANTEED NEXT DAY DELIVERY- £6.99

Available on all orders placed before 2pm Monday-Thursday.

We provide you with the tracking number for your parcel via email, together with confirmation of your order.

We can arrange Saturday Next Day Delivery at a cost of £7.99.

With Guaranteed Next Day Delivery, you will receive your item the following working day.

SATURDAY DELIVERY- £7.99

Available on all orders placed before 2pm Friday.

We provide you with the tracking number for your parcel via email, together with confirmation of your order.

Delivery is guarenteed before 1pm.

EUROPEAN DELIVERY- £8.99 regardless of the size of your order ( Up to a maximum weight of 2kg )

All European orders are sent to you via Royal Mail, or in some cases, an alternative reputable courier.* Packages take an estimated 8-14 working days to arrive

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY- £9.99 regardless of the size of your order ( Up to a maximum weight of 2kg )

All International Orders are sent to you via Royal Mail, or in some cases, an alternative reputable courier.* Packages take an estimated 8-14 working days to arrive.

RE-DELIVERY

Our Couriers will attempt to deliver your item up to a maximum of 3 times. If you are not there to receive it then your item will be left at your nearest sorting office for between 5 and 7 days. We believe this gives our customers plenty of opportunities to receive their item.

If the item is not collected from the sorting office after 7 days then it is returned to us. We will then charge £5 to have the item redelivered.
