Purchasing Products from owntherunway

a) Upon placing an order, customers will receive a confirmation email. It is not until the point of dispatch at which the order is accepted and the purchase agreement is made. Any valid discounts on the entry of a promotional code will not be applied until the order is accepted but will be detailed on your payment receipt.

b) When making payment for your order, funds are deducted at the point of ordering, when you select the confirm and pay option. If we are unable to ship your goods for any reason, the value of items that are not shipped will be reimbursed via the original payment method.

c) We advise customers to ensure that all order details are accurate before clicking the confirm button. It is unlikely that we will be able to make any changes to your order once it has been confirmed. If customers realise they have made an error after confirming an order, they are advised to contact the customer services department immediately.

d) We take all reasonable care to maintain the privacy of your order and the security of your payment. In the unlikely event of negligence on our behalf we cannot be held accountable for any loss customers may suffer should a third party secure unauthorised access to any information provided in the use of this website.

e) We reserve the right to refuse any order. Refusal may be inclusive, but not exclusive, of the following reasons; product ordered is unavailable in stock, lack of authorisation for customers payment or the detection of an error within the product details, including price and/or promotion.*

f) Where applicable, you may cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations. If the item has been dispatched simply return the goods to us for a full refund.

a) All goods are subject to availability. Due to the uncontrollable delay between order placement and order acceptance, the status of the product is liable to change. Should the item you have ordered become out of stock before we accept the order you will be notified and not charged.

b) All sizes and measurements are approximate; we make every effort to ensure that sizes are as accurate as possible. Sizes indicated are UK sizes, unless otherwise stated. We make all efforts to present, as accurately as possible, the colours of our produce. Due to uncontrollable variants, such as your monitor screen, we are unable to guarantee that your monitor's display will truthfully reflect the colour of the product on delivery. We take all reasonable care to certify that all information, descriptions and prices* of products appearing on the website are correct at the time of publishing. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product details have been incorrectly published, including prices and promotions.**

Payment Options with owntherunway

a) When paying via Credit Card or Pay Pal, funds are deducted at the point of ordering, when you select the ?confirm and pay? option. If we are unable to ship your goods for any reason, the value of items that are not shipped will be reimbursed via the original payment method.

b) All prices are VAT inclusive* and are correct at the time of publishing. The full cost of the order is the total price of the products ordered in addition to the relevant delivery charge.

c) Own the Runway accepts Visa, Visa Electron, Delta/Connect, MasterCard, Solo, Maestro and PayPal.

Overseas Transactions with owntherunway

a) Prices charged to overseas customers are subject to the relevant exchange rate applied by the credit/debit card company. Customers outside the United Kingdom may also be liable for any import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements. You are advised to check the latest applicable local requirements before placing an order.

b) If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or does not for any reason, authorise payment then you will be notified of this immediately at the confirmation stage. All credit/debit card payments are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.

c) In assessing your need for goods or services, we may use customer information for the prevention and detection of fraud. We may disclose your address and postcode details to comply with Fraud Prevention Schemes. At all times, when disclosed, your information will remain secure.

Any use of the site or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the permission of Own the Runway. For further information regarding the use your data, please see our Privacy section. We are not liable to any person for any loss/damage, which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website. We have taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website. To the extent permitted by applicable law, and save as otherwise specified by us, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.

b) Times quoted in these terms and conditions are Greenwich Mean Time or British Summer Time (as applicable).

c) These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and it is agreed that the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of a dispute. If any terms shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severed and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

GIFT VOUCHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Owntherunway Gift Vouchers are available in sterling (£) only.
2. Owntherunway Gift Vouchers can be used as full or part payment for goods online. Purchases made online with Gift Vouchers are not refundable in cash. Customer may request an exchange in accordance with our Exchange Policy.
3. All gift vouchers ordered will be sent to the email address supplied by the customer. The gift voucher can then be printed out to be given as a gift.
4. Each voucher is valid for 1 year from date of purchase.
5. Cleared payment is required prior to the despatch of orders. Payment is taken at the time of purchase.
6. We reserve the right to decline any order.
7. Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
8. Gift Vouchers cannot be used retrospectively, i.e. applied to orders already placed with us.
9. In the event of any dispute, Owntherunways decision is final.
